My neighbourhood

There are variety of houses in Singapore. I live in the most common and can be found almost everywhere in Singapore. It is the HDB flat. All my surrounding are also HDB flat and this is what we call nucleated pattern. I live in the 12th floor which is the highest floor in my block. I feel elated that i can live in the highest floor this is because i can easily spot all the stars and the moon in the night. Everytime i feel devastated i would also look high up the sky this will make my nerve to calm down and relax my mind. This is usally after a dispute with my mum.

About my home... my mum keep a small garden at the entrance of my house. Although it is quite small but it is quite lively in such a stress environment.
The government have suitated some entertainment near our block. One of the exmaples is the park behind my block. It is relatively small but it can let us have some exercise and free ourself from a stressful environment. The running track was located beside a canel. Peoples are able to fish there. There is also a playground in the park. This make me recall my memories of my childhood.

There is also a outdoor badminton court near my block. But it is rarely use by anyone, the reason is obvious because the badminton is outdoor and when people are playing, the wind will affect them. That is why it is rarely use by anyone. A few blocks away from mine, there is a basketball court. It is usually full as there are lots of people intersted in basketball near my block. I still remember vivdly about my viod deck, this is where i get to communicate with my neighbour, and our past time was to play scoccer there. Although it is illegal, we take the risk and continue playing. Finally we got our desert, it is when the policeman caught us. Fortunately, the policeman was mild and give us a harsh warning.

My plan for my holiday

Woot, finally holidays have arrrived. Althought it is holiday, but we must continue to revise our work. The reason is simple which is preparing for our "o" level next year. We should take this opportunity to revise and recap on things learnt thoughtout this year that we are confuse or nout sure of. Play hard, study hard therefore i have decided to read more newspapers and books to improve my language. I will certainly strive hard to achieve my aim which is b3 for my chinese and english.

For the first two weeks,i need to return to school for lesson which were planned by my teachers of various subjects. After that i will try my best to do newspaper cutting which my mum suggested to me. Oh i almost forget that i should not use the work "try" i should use "do", this is what i have learned from Adam kool progamme. Then i will absorbed the knowledge from the article that i choose. When it is the weekend i will visit the library to borrow some interesting books so i can read and enjoy it.
This is what i have planned for my english.

I will also enjoy my holiday, like playing games, going out with my friends and have family outing. Nowadays, family outings are rare due to different reasons and commitments faced by different members of the family, such as our parents working and us kids studying. Therefore holiday was a great joy for us as we can have our family outing.

This is my 1st time blogging
My reason for making blog is quite simple. It is my teacher who recommended us to make our own blog so as to make us improve on our language. But one important reason to it is that actually i wanted my own blog myself but does not have the courage to make one so i decided to take this opportunity to make myself a blog . I hope that i will be able to achieve higher marks for my english language under this special programme and make me a much brighter and smarter kid. Although I and my friends who act as the guinea pig under this programme, i hope it will be successful.
